Sarah Zaidi is a faith-informed coach and consultant dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life, relationships, and personal growth.
She combines practical strategies with culturally and spiritually informed guidance, creating a supportive space for reflection, goal-setting, and actionable change. Sarah values cultural competency in her work, ensuring that both cultural and faith values are respected throughout the coaching process.
With a background in healthcare and technology including consulting, project strategy, and operations, Sarah understands the pressures of professional life and the challenges of balancing work, relationships, and personal well-being.
She holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics from Stony Brook University and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University, and continues advanced training in attachment-focused approaches, communication, stress and anxiety management, and faith-integrated strategies. Sarah also studies with Hawza-trained scholars based in Najaf and Qom, grounding her work in Islamic principles and values.
Sarah empowers clients with tools, insight, and spiritual awareness to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and build confidence. She emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and honoring each client’s unique journey.
Outside of coaching, Sarah creates mental health and personal growth resources for the Muslim community, leads workshops, speaks at events, and supports initiatives promoting faith-informed wellness and resilience.
